We are looking for a General Manager for the restaurant of its flagship located in New York, NNY.

The General Manager is the leader of the restaurant and the face of our brand.

The GM has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of the Restaurant and a full restaurant team.

The GM will directly report to the US Operations Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a brand ambassador and serve as a role model
  • Build a high-performing restaurant team to meet the high standards of service and quality of the Restaurant

  • IT skills: proficient in emails, Microsoft Office programs;
  • Speaks fluent English; very good command of written English and of French culinary terminology.
